Shareholders continue to announce potential legal challenges to Cumulus' acquisition of Dial Global (now WestwoodOne). Dial Global stockholder Guarang Shah and the law firm of Brodsky and Smith LLC have filed a class action lawsuit, alleging the DG board of directors breached its duties to shareholders in the merger. Also, Faruqi and Faruqui LLP have issued a press release, also planning to investigate Dial Global's board and its fiduciary responsibilities to shareholders.
