Interscope Geffen A&M Buys Out 100% Of Octone Records

Interscope Geffen A&M announced today that it will acquire Octone Records' remaining 50 percent share of the A&M/Octone joint venture. Formed in 2007, the joint venture was scheduled to conclude in mid-2014.
CEO/President James Diener and A&M/Octone have been responsible for the signing and development of artists such as Maroon 5, Hollywood Undead, Flyleaf and K'naan, among others.
