Quick Hits: Kanye West, Lady Gaga, MTV EMA, Miley Cyrus, Bon Jovi, Soul Train Awards
October 10, 2013

Kanye West sat down for a lengthy interview with Jimmy Kimmel last night, burying the hatchet after their Twitter feud a week ago. The conversation was fairly relaxed, with Kimmel vouching for West from their previous interactions, and both discussing the intrusiveness of paparazzi. The end of the interview saw West going on a lengthy rant about art and creativity and his place in culture today. The entire chat can be seen on jimmykimmellive.com.

Lady Gaga has released a lyric video for "Aura," a new tune off ARTPOP. The video also doubles as a trailer for Machete Kills, which Gaga appears in. She also announced the complete track list for ARTPOP, due out . The 15-song album opens with "Aura" and closes with lead single "Applause." It features cameos from T.I., Too Short and Twista on "Jewels N' Drugs," as previously announced, while R. Kelly appears on the tune "Do What U Want."

Katy Perry will perform "Unconditionally," a new song off her upcoming album PRISM, at the MTV EMAs, while Will Ferrell has been announced as a special guest. Perry said, "I'm so excited to return to the EMA stage!  I have tailor-made a performance of a brand new song from PRISM to share with fans from around the world on November 10." Ferrell will appear as Ron Burgundy, reporting from throughout Amsterdam during the awards show. The EMAs will air in the U.S. on Sunday, November 10 at 6:30 p.m. ET.
