Clear Channel Regional SVP Rod Phillips adds duties, overseeing Premium Choice for the company, while based out of Cincinnati.

Colby Colb is promoted to VP of Programming for Radio One, effective January 6. Previously OM at Urban WENZ/Cleveland, Colb will report to Radio One SVP of Programming Jay Stevens in this newly-created position.

Scantman exits APD/midday duties at CBS Radio Rhythmic CHR WLLD (WiLD 94.1)/Tampa after 15 years.

Sarah Beebe joins Rhythmic CHR XHTZ (Jammin' Z90)/San Diego to co-host mornings alongside Rick Moorten.

At Cox Media Group CHR WBLI/Long Island, Jeffrey Jameson exits as morning co-host. Jayson arrives as Dana DiDonato's new co-host, starting January 6.

Rhythmic AC KSXX/San Diego re-positions to Hot AC as "Today's Rhythm and All The Best Throwbacks."

Tino Cochino joins Rhythmic CHR KKFR/Phoenix for nights, arriving from Rhythmic CHR KISV/Bakersfield.

JVC Media moves Rhythmic CHR WBXY (Party 99.5)/Gainesville up the dial to 100.5.

Mark "Shark" Ediss joins Hot AC WMYX (99.1 The Mix)/Milwaukee for afternoons.

Atom Smasher returns to Houston at CBS Radio Hot AC KHMX to co-host mornings with Shawnda McNeal.

CBS Radio re-brands AC WLIF/Baltimore as "Today's 101.9."

Casey Acevado is named Executive Produer for the BMR ("Bob and Marianne Radio") morning show at Cumulus AC WRRM/Cincinnati.

Justin McDonald joins Modern AC KMBQ (Q99.7)/Anchorage as PD/morning host. Also at Q99.7, afternoon driver Rob "Smitty" Smith adds APD stripes.

At Urban WZTA-AM/Atlanta, drag queen Miss Sophia (aka Joe Taylor) joins Rashan Ali's morning crew.

CCM+E-Houston flipped Classic Rock KKRW to Urban as "93.7 The Beat, H-Town's REAL Hip-Hop and R&B."

Kendra G and Christopher "Crash" Clark exit the morning team at CBS Radio Urban WVEE (V-103)/Atlanta.

Urban AC WHJX/Jacksonville adds the syndicated Tom Joyner show for mornings.

Steve Masters has reportedly exited mornings at Modern Rock KITS (Live 105)/San Francisco.

At Modern Rock KDGE/Dallas, "The Jagger Mafia" returns for mornings. Chris Jagger, Jasmine, Mondo and Dean were heard on The Edge in mornings for eight years, and exited in 2006. Jagger was previously co-hosting mornings at sister CCM+E Hot AC KDMX.

CCM+E-Des Moines has traded frequencies of Modern Rock KCCQ, which becomes "Alt 106.3," while Hot AC KPLT slides to 105.1 as "Now 105.1."

Public radio Indie rock station KTBG ("The Bridge")/Kansas City debuted.

Bobby Sato exits Modern Rock KCXX/Riverside-San Bernadino, where he held down middays and Production Director duties.

Tom Marker has exited nights at Triple A WXRT/Chicago, after 33 years with the station.

Matt Phipps is upped to PD of Triple A WXRV (92.5 The River)/Boston. He remains MD and afternoon drive host as well.

Classic Rock WRCN/Nassau-Suffolk flipped to News/Talk as "LI News Radio."

Bill Moran exits mornings at Classic Rock WCMF/Rochester.

Classic Hits KHLX/Sacramento becomes a simulcast of News/Talk KBKF.

Jim Conlee will exit Main Line-Richmond on January 14, where he served as OM/PD for the cluster, but will still host mornings for Oldies WBBT.

Deon Levingston is named President of YMF Media, while remaining Market Manager for Urban WBLS & Gospel/News/Talk WLIB-AM/New York.

Bob Malik exited as part of the Gary Bryan morning team at Classic Hits KRTH (K-Earth)/Los Angeles.

Laura Bender becomes National Director of Promotion for ADA, reporting to VP of Promotion & Label Services Tyson Haller.

Michael Horn exited CBS Radio-Chicago, where he was Imaging Director.

Premiere Networks EVP of Programming Carl Anderson adds expanded duties for Clear Channel Regional Markets, while also overseeing Programming & Operations for Total Traffic and Weather Network.

Bonneville International Corp. promoted Darrell Brown to President, overseeing its 12 radio stations and KSL-TV/Salt Lake City.

Frank Wright becomes President/COO of Salem Communications Corp.
