Cary Pahigian, President/GM for Saga Communications-Portland Radio Group, is exiting the company after 15 years to peruse other opportunities.
 
At Rhythmic AC KHTP/Seattle, the Candy & Potter morning show (which will debut on 1/22) adds Jeetz as co-host/producer for the morning show. Jeetz, who previously held the PD post at Active Rock KZND/Anchorage, is no stranger to Seattle having worked at KISW and was on both the BJ Shea Morning Experience and The Men's Room morning show.

Effective Friday (1/10# at 9 a.m., Cumulus Adult Hits WIQI #i100#/Chicago will change to a simulcast of Modern Rock WKQX-LP #Q87.7). The company had recently announced that it would return the format to its former home at 101.1 FM. It is uncertain yet if WKQX will return to the Q101 moniker, which is currently owned by radio syndication company Broadcast Barter Radio Networks

At CCM+E Modern Rocker WEND/Charlotte, part-timer Chelsea Paxton is promoted to Producer and cast member on The Woody & Wilcox Show. She replaces Melany Myers.

Matt "Gasman" Talluto returns to Active Rock WBYR/Ft. Wayne for PD duties. Talluto previously served as MD and covered many different airshifts over is decade-long run at WBYR. He most recently did afternoons at WHQG/Milwaukee.
 
Adult Hits WILV/Chicago moves Brian Middleton from afternoons to a part-time/fill-in position.

Crash Davis is named PD at NRG Media Adult Hits KOOO/Omaha and cluster Marketing Director.

Deirdre Chadwick has been elected President of the Board of Directors of the BMI Foundation, Inc., a not-for-profit corporation dedicated to encouraging the creation, performance and study of music. The Board voted unanimously to appoint Chadwick, who replaces Porfirio Piña as the fourth President in the 28-year history of the BMI Foundation. Formed in 1985 by BMI employees, the organization sponsors a variety of programs designed to support music education, encourage talented young musicians in all genres of music, and to promote music in communities all across America. Chadwick is currently Executive Director of Classical Music for BMI.
