Communion Records has partnered with RED to provide physical, mobile, and digital distribution of all forthcoming releases. RED will also deliver radio promotions and marketing for the label's artists, beginning with Willy Mason, Bearís Den, Rubblebucket and Tennis.

Effective this month, SoundExchange will be providing monthly royalties to artists, labels and rights owners signed up to receive electronic payments. Previously, SoundExchange sent royalty payments quarterly to its registrants, and with this new initaitive the company is now the first sound recording performance rights organization in the world to offer monthly distributions. Most sound recording performance organizations in other countries pay only annually.
