Milwaukee radio and TV EVP/GM Steve Wexler is named EVP/Radio for Journal Broadcast Group. Journal also names CBS affiliate WTVF-TV/Nashville EVP/GM Debbie Turner as EVP/Television. Additionally, Jim Prather, ABC affiliate KTVN-TV/Las Vegas EVP/GM, will shed his mangement responsibilties for the Western region and will assume group-wide strategic duties for TV which includes retransmission consent, network relations and original programming.

Country KBEQ/Kansas City PD Mike Kennedy is elevated to VP/Country Programming for Wilks Broadcasting. Kennedy will oversee the company's Country stations which includes KBEQ, cluster buddy KFKF, KWOF/Denver, WHOK/Columbus, KWFP/Reno and KLLL/Lubbock.

Sugar Hill Records announces the following promotions: Megan McNair rises from Manager/Marketing to Director/Market and Media Relations, while Coordinator/Marketing Shannon Blauer is upped to Manager/Marketing Administration.

Riviera Brodcasting's KVIB/Phoenix signs on as 95.1 Solamente Exitos. The new sign on represents the only live and local Spanish AC outlet in Phoenix.

Mark Rafalowski is appointed EVP of dick clark productions International. In the newly created role, Rafalowski will be responsible for growing dcp’s international distribution and content development network.

Tim Ryan becomes the new color analyst for the NFL's San Francisco 49ers radio broadcasts. Ryan, currently an analyst for Westwood One, replaces Eric Davis. Davis, a former 49er player, is the co-host of the NFL Network's NFL AM show.
