Pandora Presents with Headliner Imagine Dragons
January 28, 2014

Pandora, the leading internet radio service, will present GRAMMY Award winning Imagine Dragons as the latest headliner for Pandora Presents, the company's series of live, personalized concerts, with opening performances by WALK THE MOON, Aloe Blacc and DJ Ross. The event will be hosted as part of the Bud Light Hotel concert lineup in New York City occurring during football's biggest weekend. Through a strategic partnership with Under Armour, the performance will be brought to fans free of charge on Friday (1/31) and will take place in New York City at the Bud Light Hotel Amphitheater located across the street from the revamped Intrepid Sea, Air & Space Museum.

"It's a powerful thing to have one of the biggest breakout acts of 2013 perform for a group of their most passionate fans who have supported them since the early days of their career." says Tommy Page, Pandora Head of Music Partnerships. "Connecting artists with their fans is a central part of our mission at Pandora, and with a highly engaged audience of more than 75 million active monthly listeners, we're continually creating new ways to deliver custom events that provide opportunities for both established and emerging artists to reach their fans."

Steve Sommers, VP of Marketing at Under Armour, said "Under Armour is a brand that was built on passion and innovation, and we know that so many of our core consumers share an enthusiasm for music that rivals their love of sports. Like Pandora, we take a lot of pride in recognizing and supporting the next generation of breakout performers, and we're excited to collaborate in the creation of an event that represents the ultimate convergence of sports and entertainment."

Pandora Presents is a free concert series designed to connect fans with artists they love in a live setting. Pandora has the unique ability to determine the artist for each city by analyzing the musical preferences of local listeners. Invitations to this special event were extended to a group of passionate fans that have added an Imagine Dragons station on Pandora, are located in the New York Tri-State Area and are age 21 and over.
