Tom Calococci exits the PD post at Cox CHR WFLC/Miami. Steve Smith, Cox VP/Programming and Jeremy Rice, Director/Top 40 Programming will oversee the station while his replacement is found.

Greg Smith joins Active Rock WRIF-FM/Detroit as their new General Sales Manager. He will begin his new position on Monday, February 10. Smith most recently served as the GSM at WWJ-AM/Detroit.

Cumulus has launched NASH FM 94.1/Cincinnati. NASH FM 94.1 joins the growing list of what will eventually be more than 60 owned-and-operated Cumulus Country stations operating under the NASH brand. The station was formerly Country formatted WNNF.

Alternative KDGE (102.1 The Edge)/Dallas announces EDGEFEST 24 taking place on April 26, 2014 at Toyota Stadium in Frisco, TX. The double staged, day-long concert event will feature an all-star line up including BECK, The Avett Brothers, Cage The Elephant, Bastille, Grouplove, New Politics, The Neighbourhood, Switchfoot, Chvrches, MS MR, J. Roddy Walston & The Business, Kongos, Bear Hands and Smallpools, with more to be announced.

ABC and dick clark productions have extended their broadcast agreements for the American Music Awards for nine years and Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin Eve with Ryan Seacrest for ten years. As previously announced in October of 2013, Ryan Seacrest has extended his deal to continue to host and executive produce Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve with Ryan Seacrest. His deal runs through 2017.

Mar Brown is upped to VP/Urban Radio Promotion at Atlantic Records. Brown previously was head of Mix Show Promotion.

Josh Markovitz exits weekends at Country WFRE/Frederick, MD due to cutbacks. Josh's on-air experience includes WGTB/Washington and WQXA-FM/Harrisburg among others.
