At Wilks Broadcasting's Rock WLVQ/Columbus, APD Todd "Mongo" Bradley adds OM duties for the cluster (Country WHOK and Sports WZOH), while also being promoted to PD at WLVQ.

Veteran New England air personality Nancy Hall is named MD/afternoon host at CHR WFHN/New Bedford.

Entercom-Norfolk appoints Tim Meagher as its new General Sales Manager for its four station cluster. Meagher previously was employed as a GSM for five plus years at Cumulus Radio Group-Nashville, DOS and RVP of Sales while working for Citadel, Clear Channel and CBS.

Eleni Psaltis joins Beggars Group for West Coast Regional Promotion duties. Psaltis most recently was Promotion Coordinator at Capitol Records.

Envision Networks is the new name and branding for Envision Radio Networks. The 11-year-old media network has grown beyond the scope of a radio-only syndication company. The new name, Envision Networks, encompasses its heritage radio business as well as its growing digital networks, streaming networks and on-demand listening.

SXSW has selected Michigan-based mobile app developer, jâcAPPS, to create apps for its official online radio channel, SXSWfm. Available in both the iTunes Store and Google Play Market, the application provides a world of music discovery from the artists that perform at the iconic annual music festival in Austin, Texas.

Cox Media Group Classic Rock KISS-FM (99.5 KISS)/San Antonio is giving away a divorce for Valentine's Day. The 99.5 KISS Billy Madison Show will celebrate Valentine’s Day by announcing the winner of a simple agreed divorce from the Law offices of Carroll and Hinojosa.  Starting February 4 and continuing through February 13 at 12 p.m., the Billy Madison Show will read parts of the submissions on the air and qualify that person for the chance to win the divorce.  “The response has been incredible. You wouldn’t believe the amount of people we’ve heard from. The entries have ranged from simple—“I hate my spouse but I love KISS”—to comical—“I just want out. He doesn’t have money and I don’t want his (word referring to private anatomy deleted), I just want out!” said KISS PD Keith Hastings.

CBS Local Digital Media’s websites and mobile applications attracted 56.8 million unique users – a new record for a single month – during January. Last month’s traffic topped the previous all-time high (50.6 million in April 2013) by 12 percent and was up 37 percent compared to January 2013.
