At Journal Communications, VP/Controller Jason Graham is promoted to SVP/Finance and Controller and CFO, while President Andre Fernandez adds COO responsibiities.

Hot AC KLLC/San Francisco APD/MD/midday host Jayn will shift to afternoons effective February 18.

Wind-up Records announces the following changes in their promotion department: Alyssa Holtgrewe is added to the staff as Mid-West Manager of Promotion, effective today. Holtgrewe most recently was co-hosting mornings at KZKX/Lincoln and previously worked at Universal Motown, handling promotion duties in the Mid-Atlantic region and later for the West Coast. Additionally, Ronny Gutfreund has been promoted to Director of East Coast Promotions. Gutfreund started at Wind-up in 2003 as a coordinator in the promotion dept. He became the Mid-Atlantic Promotion Manager in 2006 then South East Promotion Manager in 2007.

Terry Gillingham is tapped as Regional VP/GM for Ohana Broadcast Company's Hawaii operations. Gillingam joins from South Central Media-Knoxville where he was VP/GM.

TalkRadio 790 KABC/Los Angeles welcomes Jillian Barberie to join John Phillips for the new Mid-Day LA with Jillian Barberie & John Phillips, airing weekdays from noon to 3 p.m. beginning Monday, February 17. Barberie is well known to Southern California for her 18 years as co-host of Fox 11’s top-rated morning show, Good Day LA.

Bobby Wonder is named PD/morning host at Urban WKCN/Columbus. Wonder most recently handle Pm drive duties at Urban AC WHRP/Huntsville.
