San Antonio radio personality Chase Murphy announces the publishing of his book “Pull the Trigger.” The book is based on his very popular blog at www.chasemradio.blogspot.com.

“I started writing the blog as a way to keep myself motivated and as a constant reminder that I was capable of more,” said Murphy. “I used to have great conversations with my brother Michael about random topics, but this was a way for me to get my point across to him without being interrupted or starting an argument.”

Murphy’s blog took on a new purpose when his brother unexpectedly passed away.

“I realized how important my blog posts were to whoever read them, including my brother, and decided it was time to turn my writings into a book,” said Murphy.

“Pull The Trigger” is about self-evaluation, gut checks, leaving your legacy, reading the room and doing the right thing. One-hundred percent of the proceeds from book sales go towards The Phoebe Fund, a college fund that benefits Michael’s daughter, Phoebe. The book is available NOW at Amazon.com.

Chase Murphy is a native of South Texas, and is best-known for his work as an on-air personality for Mix 96.1 (KXXM) and as Program Director for Mix 96.1, Q 101.9 (KQXT) and La Preciosa 105.7 (KQXT-HD3). He currently resides in San Antonio with his wife and two children.
