Brett Henslee is named OM for CCM+E's six-station Macon, GA cluster which includes Rock WQBZ, Country WPCH, Urban WIBB, Urban AC WRBV, Sports WPLA and Comedy WIBB-AM. Henslee segues from the PD/PM drive post at Active Rock KBRQ/Waco.

Modern Rock WKQX/Chicago officially becomes "101 WKQX" as it ends its simulcast on 87.7. The station announces a new morning duo of Brian and Lou, with Lauren in middays, Walt in afternoons and PD PJ in nights.

At Modern Rock WLKK/Buffalo, Axe joins for weeknights and will also host The Underground Collective on Sunday nights (6-8 p.m.). Axe is inbound from Modern Rock WZNE/Rochester.

Lanark Records announces that The Hooters' drummer David Uosikkinen has joined their team as GM. Uosikkinen will join the company working on day-to-day operations for the label. The job brings him back to something he is very familiar with, having  run his own label and also taps into his experience at MP3.com, where he worked as a content manager and music director, managing pop and rock genres. Based in Lancaster, PA, Lanark is an independently owned label that specializes in pure rock n’ roll, rockabilly and roots music. The news comes just days after the latest release of Uosikkinen’s own single A Woman’s Got The Power featuring Patty Smyth of Scandal, on Uosikkinen’s In The Pocket (songsinthepocket.org).
