Bill Cahill, PD at CCM+E Classic Hits WBIG and AC WASH/Washington, D.C. is named VP of Programming at Premiere Networks, effective April 1. Cahill will retain his PC and Brand Manager duties for CCM+E.

Nielsen CFO Brian West is promoted to COO, while Jamere Jackson is named CFO. Jackson comes on board from General Electric. Both appointments are effective March 10.
Miggy Santos joins CHR/Rhythmic KVEG/Las Vegas for mornings. Santos will team with Mia Amor for the aptly titled Miggy In The Morning With Mia Amor show. Santos
formerly was MD/morning host at CHR KWYE/Fresno. With this move, Gabriela "Lady G" Loredon segues from mornings to middays.

Active Rock KISW/Seattle has extend the contract of The BJ Shea Morning Experience. Entercom-Seattle VP/Programming Dave Richards said, “We couldn’t be any more excited to continue with The BJ Shea Morning Experience on KISW. What the Super Bowl Champion Seahawks are to the NFL, The BJ Shea Morning Experience is to Seattle Mornings.”

Longtime Active Rock WRAT-FM/Monmouth-Ocean morning co-host Marty Martinez has decided to officially hang up his headphones and retire. The radio veteran’s last day on the air will be Friday, February 28. Martinez has served as the official morning co-host of the RAT’s Carl and Marty in the Morning Show for the past 13 years.

Bill Stewart exits the PD post at CHR KPXR and Hot AC KCDA/Spokane as his position has been eliminated and will be heading back to Anchorage. Stewart will continue to co-host mornings at KGOT/Anchorage with Scott Dooley, which Stewart had been doing remotely from Spokane.

L & L Broadcasting-Portland, OR promotes Tim “TC” Michaels to PD at Country WUBB-FM and Country WGCO-FM/Savannah, GA/Hilton Head, SC. Before working for WUBB, Michaels hosted middays on Country WUBLAtlanta.

Eleven Seven Music Group announces the hiring of Jeff Zakim as SVP, Digital Marketing & Business Development, based at the company’s headquarters in New York City. Zakim most recently was Director of Digital Marketing at Razor & Tie. Additionally, Rose Slanic is promoted to GM of Eleven Seven Music Group-North America operating out of the label’s offices in New York City. She adds this to her previous role as VP/Label Operations in Canada, which she did out of offices in Toronto.

10th Street Entertainment appoints Chris Nilsson as its new President. Nilsson has been with 10th Street for 7 years and has been Chief Marketing Officer since 2009.
