Chuck Perks is named PD/midday host at Classic Hits WWFX/Worcester.

CBS Radio-Chicago and Country WUSN (US99.5) welcome Shila Nathan for afternoon drive duties, effective April 18. Nathan joins WUSN from Entercom Communications-Scranton, PA where she was the swing jock for Country Froggy 101 and CHR WKRZ.

Classic Rock WOFX/Cincinnati adds market vet Jay Gilbert for the PM drive shift.

The National Association of Broadcasters (NAB) have announced the 10 winners for the 27th Annual Crystal Radio Awards. Since 1987, the NAB Crystal Radio Awards have recognized radio stations for their outstanding year-round commitment to community service. The 2014 NAB Crystal Radio Award recipients were chosen among 50 finalists who were honored at Tuesday's NAB Show Radio Luncheon. And the winners are: KCVM-FM Cedar Falls, IA; KYNT-AM Yankton, SD; KHHT-FM Los Angeles, CA; WDHR-FM Pikeville, KY; KSTP-FM St. Paul, MN; WLEN-FM Adrian, MI; KTAR-FM Phoenix, AZ; WWJ-AM Detriot, MI; KXKT-FM Omaha, NE and WZUS-FM Decatur, IL.

The National Association of Broadcasters has released preliminary figures for the 2014 NAB Show. NAB reported total registered attendance for the 2014 NAB Show was 98,015, an uptick of more than four percent from 2013. International attendees are 25,989, with 159 countries represented. News media attendance was 1,674.
