Sara Bareilles
Sara Bareilles has announced dates for her headlining Little Black Dress summer tour that will open on July 10 in Chicago. The tour will continue to support Bareilles' acclaimed third album, The Blessed Unrest. Fans will have access to presale tickets beginning Tuesday, May 6 at 10 a.m. local time through Bareilles' Twitter account, @SaraBareilles. Tickets for the general public will go on sale starting Friday, May 9. The tour is scheduled through August 14 in Berkeley, CA.

twenty one pilots has announced details of their upcoming North American headline tour, which is dubbed the Quiet Is Violent tour. The trek gets underway September 4 and 5 with a pair of outdoor homecoming shows in Columbus, OH, and it runs through October 19 in Houston.

Today, May 5, marks Adele's 26th birthday... so did the singer use the occasion to tease a new album? On Sunday she tweeted a photo of herself, along with the message: "Bye bye 25... See you again later in the year." As fans know, Adele's first two albums, 19 and 21, are titled by the age at which she was when the albums were written and recorded. Perhaps 25 will be coming "later in the year," as Adele wrote, but it remains to be confirmed.

Chevelle is plotting a summer tour to promote its seventh album, La Gargola. The trio has booked 22-dates so far, according to Billboard, kicking off June 20 in Toledo, OH. Chevelle also is set to play the Rock on the Range festival in Columbus, OH on May 17.

Soundgarden and Nine Inch Nails have added three more shows to their summer tour. The new dates are: August 27 in Wheatland, CA; August 29 in Ridgefield, WA; and August 30 in Auburn, WA.

Once again, The Roots will serve as the house band for Philadelphia's famous 4th of July concert and fireworks display. Joining The Roots this year on Ben Franklin Parkway will be Ed Sheeran, Nicki Minaj, Jennifer Hudson, Aloe Blacc, Ariana Grande and Vicci Martinez.

The Pixies announce a second wave of North American tour dates for the fall. The legendary band will start a trek on September 27 in San Diego and dates are set through October 12 in Madison, WI.
