Spivey will oversee all programming operations for 97.3 KISS-FM, Savannah's Hit Music Station. He will also host weeknights from 7-10:00 p.m. He arrives via CC Mainstream sister CHR WHQC (Channel 96.1)/Charlotte, where he most recently served as Assistant Program Director and On-Air Personality.

"It’s really been a thrill to work with Reid and watch him grow into his role of Assistant Program Directorand on-air personality at Channel 96.1, preparing him for this next great adventure and his first role as Program Director," said Boomer, Program Director, WHQC. "I couldn’t be more proud of what he’s accomplished during his nearly three years in Charlotte. Knowing his tireless work ethic and dedication to detail, I’m selfishly saddened to see him leave but completely jazzed that he’s joining another great Clear Channel team in Savannah where he will continue to shine and elevate the radio game.

"97.3 KISS FM is such an iconic brand, and Reid will no doubt step in and continue the outstanding legacy of talented programmers that have called Savannah home," said Travis Dylan, OM/CCM+E Savannah. "We are building a dream team in Savannah – adding Reid to the programming staff will have a major impact on the success of KISS-FM and the cluster."

"I’m excited to join the 97.3 KISS FM team in Savannah! Thanks to Rod Phillips, LJ Smith, Market Manager Sheryl Collison and Operations Manager Travis Dylan for this amazing opportunity," said Spivey."I also have to say a massive thanks to the incredible team at Clear Channel Charlotte, who are some of the best in the biz Boomer, Market Manager Charlie Wilkinson and both Jeff Wyatt and Steve Geofferies, who have served as Operations Manager in my time here, have taught me more than they know. As a Carolina boy I’ll miss the Queen City, but I'm looking forward to this new venture at 97.3 KISS-FM in Savannah."
