National Programming Platform Changes at CCM+E

In a memo sent to staffers, CCM+E President/National Programming Platforms, Tom Poleman, announced the following changes: 

Marc Chase joins NPP as Vice President, Strategic Services, Marketing & Innovation. Marc comes from NuVooDoo, where he pioneered social/digital marketing tactics to drive ratings. Chase will lead similar efforts within NPP moving forward. Chase reports to NPP/Strategic Services SVP Greg Strassell.

Darren Pfeffer is promoted to Senior Vice President, Music & Entertainment Marketing. Pfeffer will continue to be responsible for all company-wide promotions and events, such as the iHeartRadio Music Festival, the iHeartRadio Jingle Ball Tour and the iHeartRadio Country Festival.

Marissa Morris is elevated to Vice President of Artist Relations. Morris has been instrumental in transforming Clear Channel¹s relationship with the music industry. She has helped pioneer the company's artist development programs (e.g., AIPs, World Premieres, On The Verge), created endless artist driven sales solutions and run point on booking the company's tent-pole events.

Adellyn Polomski is named Director, Artist Relations and Programs. Polomski has been instrumental in developing CC's Evolution brand and other EDM initiatives. She also has producedg live broadcast for events like the iHeartRadio Live series and the iHeartRadio Ultimate Pool Party. In her new role, Polomski will continue to produce select broadcasts and be CC's lead on EDM initiatives, but will also work on a broader scope of artist programs for the company. Polomski will report to Marissa Morris.

In addition, Zena Burns has decided to pursue other interests. Burns has been a digital pioneer for radio, as the very first "Digital Program Director" in the entire industry.
