Train Announces Bulletproof Picasso
July 15, 2014

Train has revealed that their seventh studio effort, Bulletproof Picasso, has a street date of September 16. The 12-song album is available for pre-order now at iTunes and the band has just premiered the video for the first single, "Angel In Blue Jeans," on Vevo. The clip features seasoned character actor Danny Trejo. Bulletproof Picasso was produced by previous Train collaborator Butch Walker. Songs include the title track, "Cadillac, Cadillac," "Just A Memory," "Give It All," and "The Bridge."

"I've always wanted to emotionally connect with people through the songs,” says frontman Pat Monahan. "But I also want to get into people's lives with this album. We're very excited about Bulletproof Picasso and we're looking forward to performing some of the new songs for all our fans."

Train will be showcasing some of these new tracks when they get on the road starting July 25 in Stateline, NV. They also have September record release shows booked
in Los Angeles, New York, and their hometown of San Francisco. Several summer festival and one-off dates have also been unveiled, including the Sturgis Buffalo Chip Bike Rally in Sturgis, SD and V Festival in the U.K. Moreover, Train will host the second annual Sail Across the Sun cruise from February 13 to 17, 2015. The follow up event to last year's food, music and wine festival at sea will feature comedian Michael Ian Black and reggae legends The Wailers.
