Producer/musician Butch Vig announced on Twitter today that the new Foo Fighters album is officially done. Vig tweeted, "We are officially done with the new Foo Fighters album. 23 straight days mixing! IT'S EPIC!!!" The Foos' eighth studio album will be out in November and tie in to Dave Grohl's HBO project Sonic Highways.

Iggy Azalea
In a new interview, actor Vin Diesel says that Iggy Azalea has a cameo in the upcoming Fast & Furious 7 movie. Diesel spilled the beans in an interview overseas, saying, "Well, Iggy Azalea, I just worked with her two weeks ago, the actor responded. I guess youll be the first person that knows this we casted her in Fast & Furious 7. She has a cameo in Fast & Furious 7."

The annual Virgin Mobile FreeFest will skip 2014, as a spokesperson for the company has told The Washington Post the event will not happen this summer. The annual concert event has traditionally taken place in the Maryland and D.C. area, but Virgin Mobile is planing to still make a charitable contribution to a local charity for homeless youths, which had previously receieved benefits from the concert.

Congratulations to Tool/A Perfect Circle frontman Maynard James Keenan, who announced that his wife had given birth to a baby daughter, named Lei Li Agostina Maria. The announcement came on Keenan's Puscifer project's Instagram account. Keenan has a teenage son named Devo.
