Warner Bros. Records Appoints Bobbie Gale VP/Communications & Media

Bobbie Gale has been appointed Vice President, Communications and Media for Warner Bros. Records.
"Bobbie Gale brings a vast amount of media experience, strategy and creativity, which will serve her well as she joins us in the next chapter of Warner Bros. Records," said Liz Morentin, Executive Vice President of Communications and Media, Warner Bros. Records.
"I'm excited to be part of the great new team at Warner Bros. Records. I've known Liz for years, so it will be great fun to be able to work together," said Gale.
Gale most recently served as an independent publicist at BB Gun Press, where she devised and executed PR campaigns for a variety of music, film, and technology companies. Her clients included Fitz and the Tantrums, Judith Hill, Neon Trees, Fetty Wap, Patti Smith, OK Go, Glen Campbell, members of The Strokes, actress/musician Soko and more. Before joining BB Gun Press in 2013, Gale was an independent publicist at Big Hassle Media, where she worked for four years. She was Senior National Director Publicity at Capitol Records from 2001 to 2008, creating national PR campaigns for artists such as Coldplay, Bryan Ferry, LCD Soundsystem, Liz Phair and Jane's Addiction, as well as Lollapalooza. Gale was at Atlantic Records before that, working as Senior National Director of Media Relationsin both LA & NY from 1992-2001, where she worked with subsidiary labels Delicious Vinyl, Matador Records, Beggar's Banquet, TAG, Big Beat and Mammoth Records, as well as Atlantic artists such as Robert Plant & Jimmy Page, Stone Temple Pilots, Bad Religion and many more.
